Terms and Conditions

1. Starting a project

After receiving a deposit, Grafytech Solution begins work on a project. The client is charged the remaining balance upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Websites go live once the project is finished and all payments have been received.

Additional services have additional costs, either on an hourly basis or on a fee-for-service basis. Clients are charged the appropriate amount if they need additional services, which is added to their invoice.

2. Delays in project

Delays in project completion may occur when:

  • payments are not being made on time.
  • The client asks more alterations to the project's layout, organization, or content.
  • The client invests in an additional project-related service.
  • Receiving any materials from the client is taking longer than expected.
  • Time frame projections are simply estimations and can be modified at any time at Grafytech Solution's discretion. Grafytech Solution has the right to decide at any time and in its sole discretion to halt a project.
3. Client Satisfaction

All of our services are 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We don't stop working until our clients are completely satisfied with their solution. That is our commitment. However, Grafytech Solution will under no circumstances be held responsible to satisfy unreasonable expectations or request. Grafytech Solution will decide whether or not a request or an expectation is reasonable or lies within the scope of offer of services to its client.

Services or part of services (i.e. elements of a project) that have been approved by the client are considered as services with which the client is 100% satisfied. Any further work on these services (elements of the project) will be invoiced accordingly.

If client is not satisfied with Grafytech Solution's Services, client can ask for a refund on any unused monies. Grafytech Solution will be happy to exercise a refund, after doing it on review.
